Currently 12th , all these games are against teams above them.. Tough run. Come the end of Mar they could be well and truly in the relegation mix, not that they aren't currently.
Indeed a tough run-in.

Those fixtures listed above are from January, their run in is below, pretty favourable really.

They will be fine…..

Oh, of course they are  their home form will probably be enough to see them through to safety, especially with the return of Zaha back from injury.

Was waiting for this after Vieira was sacked.

Knew someone would bring it up.

No issue with fairness, everyone deserves a chance if they do a good interview etc.

But Vieira was sacked for doing a poor job, Kolo Toure was sacked for doing a poor job.

Sol Campbell told the world he was a genius basically, has a 22% win percentage.

Paul Ince has done OK in parts, some decent achievements in lower league and good luck to him. But got sacked at Blackburn deservedly so.

Maybe there just aren't any Black managers good enough? It's not a question of colour, maybe they aren't interviewing well or whatever.

Would it be nice to see more black managers given a chance? Absolutely, but they can't get jobs based on there colour.

I would agree with you CJay. It isn't about colour but how well they do the job. If Palace had been performing better than Vieira would still be in a job and no doubt being linked with other jobs. Vincent Kompany is doing a great job with Burnley and is rightly getting linked with 'bigger' jobs including talk of being a Man City manager at some point down the line. If he keeps doing well it will likely happen, if he does sh*t it won't - pretty simple really.

It is up to more black ex-players to get their coaching badges. The figure on how many ex black players take their coaching badges shows up the supposed unfairness as there is a far lower percentage of qualified black coaches then ex black players. It would be like me complaining that Leeds didn't give me an interview for the job after Marsch was fired. I could complain and say they didn't give me an interview just because I didn't play at a high level but in reality it wouldn't be true. If I had done all my coaching badges then I would have more of an argument. If you want to be a manager and you're an ex black player then you have to give yourself the best chance. Do your coaching badges, become qualified and take whatever job comes along and show that you are a good manager - if you do that, like Kompany did, then 'bigger' clubs will be knocking at your door.

Grandad guides Palace to their first victory in ten games.

The South London side have a much easier run-in from here on.

Woy's boys come good again after the break.

Took Palace 53 minutes to get their first shot on target, goal for Eze.

Eze scores a beauty with their second shot on target.....clinical

Olise almost scored another stunner from a set-piece with his shot hitting a post.

Palace heading for the 50 points mark come the end of the season.

Eze's first call-up to the senior squad is the most eye-catching move and a fully-deserved reward for the 24-year-old who has flourished under one of Southgate's England predecessors, Roy Hodgson, at Crystal Palace, where he has scored six goals in his last eight games.

We have no one near the quality of this young man in our midfield.

I'm a fan of his game. He plays with flair and confidence. Extremely athletic. He fully deserved a call up. I'd agree, no one in our midfield has his quality.

I am also a fan of Olise and won't be surprised to see him represent France or England at the senior level at some point in his career.

If we'd had a decent scouting system, we could have matched Palace & the other teams around us for quality midfielders, too late now!

Back to square one.

I think the England call-up may just seal a move to Arsenal for the kid. The rumour is he love Landon tarn.
