Big miss, but minimal compared to our injury list.

Every one of our injuries seem to be long term, they are not out for weeks it's months. We go through this scenario every season, feels like our fans are cheated as supporters want to watch their star players.

Nah, they're an absolute shambles, nobody will turn that round this season, regardless of which players they recruit.

They're going down mate.

Newcastle have held positive talks with Hugo Ekitike who is a very highly rated striker/winger and is the top scoring teenager in the 5 top European Leagues

They are expected to make a formal offer soon.

That's the type of signings they should be making with their wealth, not mercenaries who only want high wages.

What the FA Cup is all about, isn't it. Lower league side defending like lions, 'keeper has a worldy, we were poor as soon as they went ahead.

Pleased for them and pretty sanguine about the whole thing.

Seems like every target's parent club is 100% aware that we're both wealthy and desperate. They're (justifiably) demanding the moon on a stick.

Still think we just need 4pts more than the other 3 in the bottom 4. Get in a few players and we could get that.

Understandable as you say.

If you phoned us up and asked about Tyler Roberts we would I am sure make sure you paid a premium and demand a whole £1.

I beg to differ, every round of the cup we've been watching Ronnie Radford's goal for the last 50 years, it will now be replaced by one scored by a f**king wheelchair-bound tv detective from the 60s.

How's that for cup embarrassment?

I'd piggy-back him up the A1as well, even with my bad back.

Newcastle spent £37m on two players over 30yo's & arguably both past their best.
