Meslier 7: Made some good saves. Unlucky that Rodri was the quickest to react. I think he saw the 3rd late.
Kristensen 6: I thought he was the pick of the defenders FH. That's not saying much.
Struijk 6: I counted 2 crosses he put in our box for Citeh players. Extra point for his well taken header.
Koch 4: He played like a limp one. Could he have been a bit more alert for Coops pass?
Cooper 4: Played his partner into trouble. One absolute cracking ball out wide.
Roca 5: I'm still not sure if this kid is any good. Lost without Adama.
Greenwood 6: Our dead ball specialist. Involved in the good moments.
Forshaw 7: Arguably our best player first half. We all knew he wouldn't be on long.
Gnonto 8: Everytime he got the ball he tried to make something happen.
Aaronson 6: Plenty of endeavor he needs to find his shooting boots.
Rodrigo 5: I can't remember him touching the ball. No service.

Good Defensively sound marking Jack, some nice forward passes that came to nothing.

Bad Awful first touch allowing Citeh to catch us on the break for their second goal. Also defending fresh air for all three goals.

Good One superb tackle on De Bruyne (I think)
Bad His pass to Grealish. Like Koch, never got close enough to Haaland.

Good Lots of tackles, blocks & interceptions once again & a fine headed goal to boot.
Bad A couple of dodgy clearances.

Bad Passing & never picked up his runners, Rodri a classic case for their first goal

Good Great set-piece cross onto Struijk's head
Bad Our set-piece specialist struggles to hit the target

Bad Nothing productive & outdone by Rodri & the young kid Lewis

Good Our only spark going forward, pacy & prepared to take defenders on no matter who they are.

Meslier-8 . Made some crucial saves as poor defending exposed him numerous times.

Kristensen-6.5 . Solid first half but Grealish got the better of him 2nd.

Struijk-6 . Didn't think he was that good defensively, 1 point for the goal.

Koch-2 . Shite (is he actually any good or just better than Llorente and Cooper which doesn't say much)

Cooper-2 . Shite

Roca-3 . No composure, no tracking runners.

Forshaw-4 . I've no idea what he did good or bad.

Greenwood-5 . 1 point for the corner, otherwise anonymous.

Gnonto-8 . Best attacking player.

Aaronson-3 . Shite, his lack of end product is getting on by nerves.

Rodrigo-3 . Don't think he touched the ball. In games like that a total passenger.

Gelhardt-7 . Bright and gave us a focal point.

Klich-6 . Atleast brought some composure to midfield.

Ayling-4 . Again not sure what he did.

Llorente- 4 . .See Ayling.

Gyabi-6 . Did OK in his brief cameo.

Struijk, Kristensen, Koch, Llorente, Cooper, Ayling are all slow.

The way we set up will always be caught out because of it.
