We’re going to be totally and woefully ill equipped for the playoffs.

The playoffs are a dog fight.

We can’t even scrap for a victory that was put on a plate for us to go top of the table.

Shocking. Farke is unraveling

First time I have doubted Farke was tonight.

Our approach was all wrong, it ended up with " give the ball to Jimmy".

He has to be able to get better out of those players.

At no point did we look dangerous, even the two penalty shouts were gifts from them rather than anything special our lads did.

Better hope Ipswich get beat tomorrow, cos we seem like we can't help ourselves.

Players have heaped so much pressure on themselves now - the only way to stand a chance of going up is to win the last 4 games and based on how we are playing there is just no way that’s gonna happen

His inability or unwillingness to change a game from the bench and just let it drift is criminal.

As is his slow pedestrian build up which makes us easy to defend against and reliant on 1 or 2 players beating 2 or 3 defenders to create anything

Can talk about money and backing all you want.

But that tonight was why he's flopped 3 times in a top league.

Fuming

These crap results will cost us top 2

We've gone right off the boil at the worst possible time.
It's only a good point tonight if Ipswich lose tomorrow.

To be fair to Farke, he doesn’t look at the league table til the end of July, so he didn’t know that was a must-win game. It’s not his fault.

As expected Farkes ego and stubbornness is costing us big time. No idea other than pass to Jimmy and Rutter. And it'll be the same team and tactics for Saturday.

Congrats to Sunderland fans on their first trophy since 1973 - The we drew 0-0 against Leeds cup 🏆

We won't go up via the play-offs, as true to form, we'll bottle it. Hard to see any sort of plan b with Farke, other than the usual pieces of individual brilliance to pull us out of the shite. The limitations are there to see, and he needs to find a way to deliver the goods.

That should have been a banker win.

We were stale, Farke seems to think teams don't learn and players can play top of form forever.. 'm not a huge fan of rotation especially in defence but it's called for now along with a plan B.

Wasting the likes of Joseph and Piroe tonight, on at least 15 minutes too late. Even Gnonto who added energy was on way too late

Paddy continues to stink ER up but I'd imagine those defending him will point to how well he ran toward the GK that one time...

Our problem is that we only have a few players capable of scoring. Hume picketed Summerville, Bamford was bullied by Mallard. James was James . We have nothing from elsewhere and our set piece’s are straightforward for an organised defence.
Our middle two offer nothing offensively, they pretty much recycle the ball backwards and sideways 90% of the time.

Gnonto injected some pace at times with one touch play.

Just poor right across the board. Could be a valuable point or two points lost which we may regret.

To only give Joseph 10 minutes when we desperately need a goal is baffling. It's not like Bamford looked like he was going to score anytime soon.

Well on the plus side, at least we won't become the first team to miss out on promotion with 100 points

we were s**t. DF is clueless. Keeps picking the same players who are just not performing. DF goes to sleep and then in the 82 minute wakes up and puts subs on.
