Should Leeds go for broke on Saturday

Good Morning. It's Thursday 2nd May, and here are the latest headlines from Elland Road...

Should Leeds go for broke on Saturday

It's gonna take a miracle for Leeds to make up the three point deficit, and finish above the Tractor Boys, so, would it make more sense to rest some players ahead of the play off's? Giving certain players (Summerville, Gruev, Gray, Rutter, Ampadu and Rodon) the day off, may give them valuable recovery time, ahead of the play off's, but at the same time, any vague hopes we have for automatic promotion further diminish!

Not only would Leeds need to beat Southampton, but relegated Huddersfield Town would have to overcome Ipswich Town on their own turf. Even at their very best, the Terriers winning at Portman Road is highly unlikely; and that is before investigation the tenuous relationship the Whites share with their Yorkshire foes!

Liverpool line up Summerville bid

Liverpool are plotting the capture of Leeds star Crysencio Summerville this Summer, according to multiple reports in the press. The 22 year old Dutchman has been on Liverpool's radar for a while, and have sent multiple scouting missions to follow his progress this season. His 20 goals, 9 assists and best player in the Championship tag, has caught the attention of many top flight clubs, both in Europe and the Premier League!

Leeds have been quick to slap a £40m price tag on their star asset who has two years left on his contract. There has been talk of a cash plus player deal involving Reds reject Nat Phillips, after showing good form for Cardiff Day since his January loan move.
