I'm glad the fans have started to turn now on the players and the board. For far too long there was too much happy clapping and accepting s**t from Radz and co. They won't have a smug grin for long, that's for sure

Don't panic Ortas running the club and as it all in hand.
Not dependent on Google, the www or 'stats' - Just a guy that puts his eyes to full use on the beautiful game
...That Ayling goal and "You couldn't script it

Completely agree Paul. If you're any good, you're not playing u21 football.BlackHillsPaul wrote: ↑Thu Oct 20, 2022 9:51 pm The squad depth is abysmal. We have no Premier League quality players outside our starting eleven. NONE of the U21's are good enough. Including Gnonto. And frankly he has the best pedigree of all of them. Maybe this is a failure of English football. Those players should be loaned out not playing for the U21's in empty stadiums.
Truly talented players are playing first team football somewhere by the time they are 19 years old. Aaronson and Adams were both in the starting eleven of MLS teams by age 18. Both made their Senior USA debut before their 19th birthday. Both were in Europe playing Champion's League football by the age of 20. And both walked right into the starting eleven of LUFC.

Bang on . A s**t display against Fulham and probably the whole ground will turn ugly. This club needs a shake up and it's not too soon to start .SG90 wrote:I'm glad the fans have started to turn now on the players and the board. I think Joseph might be worth a go. He is a proper poacher who plays in and around the 6 yard box- if he can convert his composure from under 23’s to first team big games he could be what we need. But I haven’t seen enough of the rest of his game. Can he hold up the ball and how intelligent are his runs etc.

Don’t get it - why would anyone be happy to watch the club implode - plus why would anyone endorse this. Madness to even countenance such thoughts.

Well I think that settles it, another relegation battle ahead. Pitiful performance tonight in my opinion.
I am no expert, I struggle to keep my Soccer Manager team on Google play from being relegated. But even I could see half way through last season Firpo, Llorente and Rodrigo were just not good enough. Why do we keep doing the same thing? If you do the same thing you get the same results. Rodrigo had only just came on and made a similar pass to the one he made on Sunday. I accept tonight very few came through with much credit, but the Manager must act now or we will be going down and he will be gone.

We won the xG game.
Coopers chances best of the game.
Leicester 0.65-1.12 Leeds
May not mean much to fans but Orta will use this as a reason NOT to sack Marsch

Re: Leicester City v Leeds Utd Match Thread - Bamford and Summerville Start
I bet Rodger’s couldn’t believe his luck when he saw this fixture approaching. Hanging onto his job by a thread with a team without a shred of confidence, he knew he would run rings around Jesse. And he did.
He set up a narrow, crowded block when we had the ball with a decent press onto very average passers. Once they won the ball back, which they did very quickly and easily, they opened their team out to both touch lines and skinned us in both full back positions.
With the help of our narrow set up and shocking positioning they waltzed around us at their ease. He must still be rolling around laughing.
Everyone else is looking and learning and they see that Jesse cannot change tactics within a game. He shows his confusion through reckless, ineffective and sometimes frankly bewildering substitutions - like taking off Sinisterra tonight.
Marsch is out of his depth and it’s showing. Forget the heroic defeats, losing and drawing to piss poor teams around you is a one way ticket to the Championship. The fact he has lost the normally ridiculously loyal Leeds away support says it all. Time to go Jesse, and give us time to find a manger that isn’t a one trick pony.
