I was fully in the 'give him a chance' group, as I could see we weren't getting the results we deserved. Hope we can back it up and keep him on.

Like I said it is about making sure this isn't a false dawn. We beat Chelsea then 2 points from 8 matches. We need to back this up with a win v Bournemouth and a good performance against Spurs (win, lose or draw). Like i have mentioned several times the tactics seem to work well against the better teams as they play into our hands more. We were as good today as we were awful against Fulham.

I'm happy to stick with JM if the performances and results improve. One win, even against Liverpool, doesn't erase a lot of mistakes that have been made.

Several of those poor results though were caused by poor finishing - notably Bamford's glaring misses. It's hard for a manager to legislate for that. Marsch has been instrumental in some good recent signings, and he should get credit for this. It's the old guard of Bamford, Cooper and Harrison who are holding this side back now - championship standard players in other words.
