We keep more clean sheets when he plays. But the last 2 games he's been a liability. What now? Back to Llorente? Stick with Cooper? Change it in January by signing a left back and putting Strujik where he belongs?
I would stick with Cooper. He has always struggled with a ball over the top when he is running back towards goal. Lack of pace generally means he tries to clear when the ball is in a awkward position rather then trying to control it.

Glad he had a front row seat. I mean, he should have been banned for this game. But it's all good in the end.

But he is our best option currently as LCB - Llorente is not an updraft in that position and we need Struijk at LB

Yep more double standards. Marsch gets banned but Conte, Tuchel and Klopp don't.

Sell Llorente and get a proper CB in.

Pretty likely I would imagine.

A proper club would buy one as the manager asked in the summer and sell nobody, we won't.

But it's been obvious since Jesse took over Dan James and Jack Harrison were never going to be his ideal players.

Yes we run sell to buy so we had to sell someone, but Harrison and James are the odd men out and Jesse playing Harrison right is him trying to make it work.

Jesse wants effectively 3 number 10s behind a striker

Firstly Robertson kicked the :poo: out of Aaronson & then left a boot in Meslier's face, both arguably red card offences or two yellow cards at the very least.

Where were VAR on those incidents?

Spot on. These points are meaningless if we don't beat those around us. Good result but let's see what Bournemouth do.

Elliott must have kicked the ball to the halfway line, generally you don't getaway with those type of incidents in football nowadays.

Tuchel got it. But it was delayed one game. Still, yeah, a double standard for sure. Easier to punish a less famed manager like Marsch.
