OK, back for one more quick post. There is a lot more "OH NO! Please don't make him national team coach" than "OH please, let's make national team coach" in the last 15 minutes on this side of the pond. This might just be because the people who already know this news are not "casual" fans of the sport. But, it does apply to the question that someone asked me about Jesse and how his coaching is viewed over here. Actually, I'm a bit pleased that it's more negative than I thought since I view this as a good sign of growth and development over here. I bet I'll be disappointed by the time the 24 hour news cycle is over because a lot of the weirdos will know by then and think he should be national team coach because they all watched the Leeds/Chelsea game thanks to Pulisic. *sigh*

Gotta be favorite for the US job now. I think he'd be good for them.

David Wagner had a better Championship record at Huddersfield than Corberan does.

Corberan in his 1st season took Huddersfield from 18th to 20th.

He would be phenomenally risky.

That WBA side was always better than it looked under Bruce.

I would be a little bit worried if Coberan was our next manager, dont think he has earned his corn yet, despite what he doing at WB.
As for Postecoglu just because he has Celtic winning the Scottish Premiership means didly squat. Its a terrible league and you dont have to be much of a manager to do well there. If either of the big 2 beat each other once or twice a season the league is usually over.
Cant say i have heard of too many of those managers that have been mentioned, and that's not to say they are all bad, but i would go for Pochettino.

McKennie - 3 weeks of graft, preferably a pre season but we ain't got time.

Bert would know pretty instantly after a few training sessions who's good enough to get a job done prior to a pre season with them.
