Bit of a bugger as far as the team goes. Sinsiterra our best player at the attacking end. Wober our best defender. Adams our best midfielder.
Predictability means only change will be Summerville for Sinisterra.

The loss of Adams has caused us immeasurable harm.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Fri Apr 28, 2023 4:37 pm Bit of a bugger as far as the team goes. Sinsiterra our best player at the attacking end. Wober our best defender. Adams our best midfielder.

Just compare the number of goals we've conceded with him to the number conceded without.

Javi doesn't do fresh or excitement, more like stale & boring.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Fri Apr 28, 2023 4:08 pm I'd like to see a bit of shake up. Something new. Stick with leaders like Cooper and Ayling (seems Wober out again). But add some fresh excitement and energy to the team.

I blame the managers for being reliant on a key player.
That goes for Wober too, stupid fcking managers having their preferred starters and no adequate back up to replace, why didn't the prick make Pascal and Firpo just as good a defender as Wober ?
Beyond me - and them it seems
Any answers Cjay ? Aussie ?

I once knew a guy that brought excitement to the terraces.

Or lost at sea (Biling)Boo Radley wrote: ↑Fri Apr 28, 2023 3:23 pm Tavernier went off injured towards the end of their game last night. He was MOTM according to the BBC report and the goalscorer on the night. Seems he'll face a fitness test over the weekend.
Could really do with him being out. Wouldn't mind Billings picking a bad bug in the next 24 hours as well!

You and me will be dead pal, we'll never see his like again at Leeds.
And in the Championship anorl, what fcking top manager is gonna want that job huh ?
Some people just never know when they have a good thing, he had big big plans for us and himself, he would've stuckit right up Pep and his doubters by saying ...'Look,i did this my way, with fck all money from the ground up'
Absolute fcking fools we've been and ALL that wanted shut of him should be disgusted in themselves, and take up cricket the blind fools.
They couldn't see the woods for the trees about what the great man was all about.
And for those dickheads that use .....'oh blah blah fcking blah, we were shipping goals'......if you couldn't understand and see why, then you shouldn't be watching football.
I told everyone to expect those thrashings, because i could see it coming, dumb fcks.

He does and he clearly isn't ready based on what we've seen.
Or at the very least isn't what we needed.
But he has barely had a chance

He likes to play 4-4-2 and we only have 3 strikers.John in Louisiana wrote: ↑Fri Apr 28, 2023 4:03 pm And it hasn't worked no matter who tried it. What made Javi think it could work for him?
Bamford, Rutter and Rodrigo
He clearly doesn't rate Rutter (given he plays Aaronson as a strike ahead of him).
So he has to pick the other 2 for his preferred formation.
But they don't work
They don't compliment each other at all.
Bamford isn't Deeney, can't hold the ball up and play off him anywhere near as well as Watford could Deeney in his prime.
Rodrigo isn't Andre Gray, can't run in behind like he did, so fundamentally it's never going to work.

The fact you wrote about Ayling and Cooper needing to start is a real show of how awful our recruitment has been as a 3rd season Premier league team.andrewjohnsmith wrote: ↑Fri Apr 28, 2023 4:08 pm I'd like to see a bit of shake up. You are probably right though.
But yes I agree, just do something different.
It drives me mad when managers do the same thing over and over again.
I'd love to see Rutter given a chance, he may flop but he'd struggle to be more of a hindrance than Rodrigo and Bamford have been recently.
