Me too, get him in and basically it is gives him 4 matches to judge what players he wants to keep for next season. If by some miracle he kept us up great but if not then it is early preparation for next season. I wouldn't have thought he'd be 'too big' to come to Leeds as a likely championship club as despite his success in Norway it would still be a huge step up for him.

The problem is there is no real strategy for next season until this one has played out - Who will the owners be - what will they want to happen. It would take universal approval for what you suggest regarding Knutson to happen. Look at the debacle last time when we invited the Dutch guy over.
I do not sense any clear hierarchy or leadership from top to bottom, when a club is not getting run well the performances on the pitch tend to echo the overall disjointed picture.
