Gruev didn't look good enough. But I'll give him a pass as it was his first start.

Anthony looking like a useful sub. But I wouldn't depend on him as a regular starter.

My sentiments as well, very strange team selection, DF has to shoulder all the blame including putting bamfraud on.
Kamara and Ampadu work far better than 2 holding midfielders.

Bamford is my main issue from tonight. Really shouldn’t be taking a pen. I presume barring the changes it would be Piroe. Would like to have seen him take one for future reference. Or Georgi with a panenka maybe.

Not having two teams win an average win rate of 85% after 13 games in those seasons would certainly have helped!

Currently no room for mistakes for an automatic place this year, hence we won’t be there this season, whatever happens for playoff places.

The first season under Bielsa. If we hadn't bottled it, they wouldn't have gone up. So our bottling played its part.

True, White. He was a Bournemouth fan favorite during their preseason and has brought a spark of the bench in other matches for us. It's honestly hard to judge a first full performance when the whole team is not playing up to par.

Have to agree with you there, Geronimo.

I said to my Mrs after the penalty miss, Stoke's tails will go up now & score an untidy goal to win it.

As soon as that corner was awarded, I knew that was the moment that things would get worse.

We deserved the defeat, hopefully we'll learn lessons from what was a disgraceful display.

We'll beat the terriers on Saturday.
