However maybe they are of the opinion that a points deduction next season will be manageable.

I doubt their wage bill is anywhere near ours or that they have to find money to pay off debts from being in the prem.

Barnsley have Asian billionaires

Other clubs have big money as well.

Hard to imagine they have such a massive advantage in League 1?

Whilst having a wealthy owner is still ideal in terms of investment into the infrastructure of the club, which will have an impact on signing players, as no professional will want to train on a turnip patch and work out in a lean too. In terms of buying better players they are still reliant on the club’s income for PSR.

Take Newcastle for instance. They are up there in the top 5 for wealthy ownership. They cannot exercise that financial muscle due to PSR.

Good point on the exposure hadn't thought of that.
