Would you prefer we change manager now for example, rather than waiting to see how it goes ?

That would be fine (as an opinion) and maybe you should just come out and say it as you weren't being Farke at the beginning of this current season either.
I thought it was basically accepted he was absolutely dreadful in it.

But I posted because people were trying to defend that as well as everything else he's been excused for.

That's all

And yeah with the record he has I think it's absolutely fine seeing who else is available as I don't agree with the "we owe him line".

He was a busted flush when we took a chance on him and gave him vast sums of cash to help him do his job which he did and he deserves credit for.

Even then he was given a 2nd chance after failing to meet his targets 1st time as Kinnear said.

But we don't owe him anything

There is no point asking him to explain, cjay is unable to enjoy supporting the club.

They will never reach his expectations.

If we won the Champions League he would fond something to be critical about.

I would have concerns no matter who our manager was going in to next season. Farke's record at Norwich though has little bearing. Bielsa showed what he could do with a half decent team when they were avaialble, when the injuries bit and the squad was paper thin he struggled. He didn't become a worse manager he just had a box of pea shooters available to use against teams armed with tanks. Same story for Farke at Norwich. You can get the odd upset, like in the FA Cup, but ultimately there is a reason why the giant killers stay stuck in league 2. Even more so in Farke's 2nd season in the prem where his prize pea shooter, Emi Buendia, was sold prior to the season starting.

Delia gave Farke less chance than Cjay.

what a sheltered life you have had......

I regularly received six of the best.... In fact I have had it confirmed (2 years ago when I went up to a school reunion) that I am the most punished pupil at the school I attended.. I obviously had a big head start on the day boys though, as I was a boarder there....

There is a persistent tone kept being used when you write, always blunt, always a bit dismissive of sentiment. You begrudgingly concede Farke did a good job getting us promoted, but in the very next sentence you will often say he is bound to fail at a higher level.

This is just being disingenuous, faint praise followed by condemnation, it nearly always follows the same pattern, by being a little bit positive followed by a big chunk of negativity everyone has to say, that in some degree your assessment has been fair. But after a time this approach would definitely start to grate on people nerves, even if the points being made are valid.

Persisting in expressing the same ideas over and over displays an amazing lack of self awareness... and a disregard for blowback.

It comes across as negative, joyless, or overly cynical, like you would never be willing to give anyone the benefit of the doubt. In football especially, where emotion and loyalty are a big part of how fans connect, constantly hammering home "we owe nothing" and "he was a busted flush" could make you seem cold, bitter, or exhausting to engage with.

People might start reacting less to the content of what’s said and more to the tone, thinking "even when your right, it’s just so draining to listen to."

No word of a lie, the ‘c**k of our school’ bit a part of the ear off another pupil during a fight.

The tawse, sometimes formerly spelled taws (the plural of Scots taw, a thong of a whip), is an implement used for corporal punishment. It was used for educational discipline.

The teacher would ask you to double up which ment putting two hands together in front of you, then you would get the strap on the belt or the tawse.

Many teachers wore it over the shoulder like an old time gun slinger. The lochgelly tawse was the instrument of choice.

The tawse is no longer used in Scotland. It was officially banned in Scottish state schools in 1987 following a ruling by the European Court of Human Rights. Before that, it had been a common form of corporal punishment, particularly in schools, where teachers would strike pupils' hands with it. Today, the tawse is mostly a historical artifact, sometimes kept in museums or sold as memorabilia.

If only some of our fans were realistic about the task Farke faced.
The system Farke employs requires quality players at the top level. Player Recruitment is the key - if we get it right, I am pretty confident we will be competitive.

School dinners when I was a kid were dreadful. I recall regular portions of swede as the main veg and semolina for pudding. Two food items I detest as a result.
