Is okafor/gudmundsson available? Know stach and long staff are out but beyond that not sure who we could bring on to improve us. Aarronsson for Gruev couldn't be any worse....

I'd bring on Aaronson at HT

(He probably will)

Let’s just hope all the other teams down the table lose as well

Don’t be daft, that would mean he saw Villa last week and learned a lesson.
His HT talk should be simple. - go put them under pressure and see what happens - it can’t be worse than the apathetic drivel we’ve seen so far. All we’re doing is watching City go through a training session.

Rads and Orta did a good job imo. Niners have been very poor with the team getting worse each season they've been in control.
We spent 100M but we'd likely find it very hard to get much at all for Bijol, Longstaff and Okafor. Their value has dropped

Second goal shouldn't have stood

Gruev has been our best midfielder, quickest in thought when on the ball, a good tackle and kept his shape fairly well.
Has hasn’t run about like Tanaka and Ampadu admittedly , but it’s his first start since the Arsenal game, I think.

Normally you say third goal here is key but I wont bother.
I declare my love for Saint Daniel and I can shoehorn him in to any conversation.

XG of 0.1. Even Farke will struggle to find the positives in that.

We don't need Nmecha, so I'd take him off and bring on Okafor.

No, the “expert” in the studio said it was a foul on Perri.
It’s not much but stops him getting to the ball ahead of the scorer.

He's been ok tbf but we're Gruev fans who can see what others don't. Wrong game to start him though imo, Aaronson's pressing does create errors

He has made a couple of tackles but watch him trying to defend in the box. Not really his fault wtf we are so deep is crazy we are running into each other. It is madness.

I'll give you that. You certainly see things in Gruev that I don't. At least today. The Subhuman wrote: ↑Sat Nov 29, 2025 3:58 pm He's been ok tbf but we're Gruev fans who can see what others don't. Wrong game to start him though imo, Aaronson's pressing does create errors

Justin at fault, if anyone, for the first. Didn't go with the runner. But his first start and one minute in. Just bad luck for him.

Re: Manchester City v Leeds United Match Thread
I was sure it was gonna get scrubbed out.
Silva manhandling Perri and preventing him getting to the ball ,and then offside when the ball came in.
He was obviously interfering with play.
