Giving his all should be a given on over £100k a week, I don't think that deserves praise myself.
He's a striker, score goals, create goals, that's his job.
He hasn't been doing that recently and has missed quite a few good chances.
So imo he is out of form.
Yes, you prefer to have love-ins with our ex-players or LUFC players out on loan.
I'd rather get hehind & support the current Leeds players.

It does, I remember when Emile Heskey who was a better number 9 than DCL and excelled at all the things Calvert-Lewin gets praised for got hammered because he missed chances for years and years.

DCL seems to be getting some stick of late with some posters stating he's woefully out of form. From my perspective he's playing exactly the same as he has all season but obviously currently the goals aren't coming like they were earlier. Hardly surprising though given our lack of width at times.
Still giving his all and it's absolutely vital for us as a team that he stays fit until the end of the season. Also hopefully during our final 4 home games he gets better quality service from the wide areas as Gnonto and Dan James will surely be utilised more in those winnable matches.

Without DCL we'd almost certainly be in the bottom 3 and more than likely doomed to relegation along with Wolves & Burnley.

He is not scoring goals, and spurned a great opportunity with that missed penalty.
If we're saying he doesn't get supplied then it's up to Farke as he needs to address this and be more positive
We've just faced two very poor opponents who were more than happy to eke out a 0-0. Both had debutant goalkeepers playing, but we hardly laid a glove on either one.
So, bearing in mind that virtually all of DCL's goals come between the goal and the penalty spot, why are we not supplying him. If you put it in the right place he will score, and we've shown that we can do this, so Daniel needs to fix it urgently.

Very fine margins this season as some of us have known all along and of course it's not just down to one player as the same could be said if any one of DCL, Rodon, Ampedu or Stach had suffered a season ending injury.
