Bijol played very well but imo, he has the slightly easier job than Rodon and Struijk as he sweeps up any awkward situations if they get drawn out of position, being central in the three.
Been off his normal "best player on the pitch" last couple of game for sure.. Tiring season maybe, he's played more than most including Stach but he's top 2 for POTS this season.

I marked Bijol down as clumsy twice too tbf...

Of course. Purchased for fire pit evenings due to its woodsmoke flavour. Looks like I’ll have to buy another.

Why are we always on Friday and Monday night? Spuds is also on Monday now. I think only Brentford away was our sole Super Sunday kick off. Just glad we've had very few early ko. Out next Monday, so I'll miss the game. Thankfully it shouldn't be too stressful.

Unfortunately, I can see Spuds winning, with Villa having two European games. Surely West Ham, Forest, Newcastle and Palace won't all win too though?

Loved the serenading of Daniel Farke at the end 😍😍😍
Our coach didn't leave the coach park 22.50, due to one of our unwell passengers falling over in the toilets, he had to be wheelchaired back to the coach by the LUFC medics.

Home by 00.40, so very late to bed.

We have gone above Newcastle & three points behind Sunderland

Does that mean Eddie Howe should be sacked & we ought to have recruited those Sunderland players.

He was off his game for the full 90+.

He only come out of hospital two weeks ago, he couldn't make Wembley. I said to my mate on arrival as he departed the coach that he look ashened & fragile. I think he is seriously poorly & on hindsight probably should have stayed at home & watch the game on TV.

Howe sacked? Up to Newcastle board to say and Newcastle fans to comment on. Not sure what's gone wrong at Newcastle this season but Howe has been top draw for Newcastle

Recruited the Sunderland players? .. Not all of them but Sadiki was the one I wanted and still do tbh... Sunderland have been safe since Christmas and for them to do that that quickly came from superb summer signings

We came up with a prem ready squad
They came up with a championship mid table squad

I wouldn’t like Bijol in a back two on a regular basis I must admit.

I am trying to envision a monotonous bedwetter... do they just let it out in megre little dribbles, just enough to keep their PJs warm eking out for themselves a small crumb of comfort.

I just found knocking the of other players from some members (especially Calvert-Lewin) whlist Pascal's erratic display was swept under the carpet irritating.

I like Longstaff, made a good run setting up a good chance for James in the 20 minutes he was on the pitch.

Sean has scored three of our best goals this season, he has played his part more so than fan favourites Gnonto, James & Piroe imo!

Bijol has always played in a back three for Slovenia.

No context here.
Is it a bedwetter who wets the bed incessantly or a bedwetter that talks monotonously about LUFC whilst wetting the bed.
I declare my love for Saint Daniel and I can shoehorn him in to any conversation.

I am not into making comparisons between team mates in those terms. You can see the togetherness in the squad and that takes some brilliant man management. No sulking on the bench.
I would have loved to see Gnonto and Piroe play more. But I accept the reality that the way we play suits other players and this season it has all been about about staying up.
Farke has got it right by going with big bastards FC as they say on the square ball.
Some players may move on to clubs who can utilise or accommodate their games. No doubt if they play well Farke will have made a big error for some.
I hope we can keep Gnonto he will be a big plus for us when we are in a position to play more expansively.

I use it in regards to state of mind.

I was actually a physical bedwetter as a kid until perhaps I was around 10. But there was a reason for that in many regards. But plenty of people have likely had issues as a kid. I have investigated many situations involving vulnerable children.
I do not use it as a jibe in this regard as that is not a topic for any form of derision.
