But they were always a bigger deal for the other home nations I think, Swannie. England were expected to win and so Wales/N Ireland/Scotland were always seemingly more up for those games from memory and therefore England on a hiding to nothing-if they won, well they were supposed to and if they lost……..well

Re: Today's Games
Yeah, Bale and Harry Kane both remind me of those kids at school that used to sit there with their gobs open catching flies
Aye, Leach is having a go at least, think the rest of them need to go to Specsavers as well
Shame about the Windies they're a pale imitation of the past: Roberts, Croft, Ambrose, Holding, Holder, Walsh, Garner, Marshall, used to be terrifying watching those guys, and what batsmen i the past Haynes, Greenidge, Lloyd, Sobers, Viv, Kalichirran.
England are an absolute joke, can't be bothered wasting my time watching those jellyfish

It still grates me that all the other home nations love to hate the English, so , it bothers me not when they get knocked out early, or, as normal, they don't make it at all.
Marsch OUT
Football has undergone a process of bielsification; pressing and possessing, passing rather than dribbling, intercepting high up the field rather than making last-ditch tackles, are in vogue.
Marcelo Bielsa. The light that will never go out.
