If Sinisterra is the goal scorer then why did JM bring DJ on?

Steady game certainly levels above our performance down there last year. The game went a bit scrappy around the drinks break but we have been the better side without really threatening. James at least testing their keeper after being put thru by Harrison. Southhpt are rubbish they will struggle this season for me. Their fans must be scratching their heads all the money that club as made down the years in the PL.

Bamford is going to have a niggly season again by the looks of it. It could end up costing us because its clear Marsch doesn't trust Joffy. Rodrigo poor again. Can someone tell me how a Spanish international gives the ball away so cheaply? and i'm taking first few minutes. Rasmus still leaving a little to be desired i can't make my mind up if he is a step up or down from Bill? The young kid Adams the pick first half for me. Neat and tidy, he does the horrible stuff well.

Its there for the taking but have we got anybody capable of taking that chance?

This has a snatch and grab written all over it, we are by far the better team, but we lack penetration in the final third, it's gunna cost us this season

Been the better side all be in looked vulnerable on the break once or twice.

Awesome tackle from Llorente.

Kristensen should have scored.

Rodrigo needs to work on his touch.

Aaronson lively without doing to much.

Harrison decent.

Like to see more of Roca.

Sinisterra for Harrison soon because of the booking

Boo Radley wrote: ↑Sat Aug 13, 2022 2:57 pm Can't see how Adams is your man of the half - passing him by at a scary rate. Harrison or Roca much more involved.

What is Rodrigo doing out there? Has he touched the ball yet?
Rodrigo set Paddy up twice, lovely movement into corner, the header for the Kristensen chance . Adams has put in some excellent tackling breaking up 5 S'ton attacks and setting us off.

Maybe we'll make a serious effort to sign a striker, now.

Predictable Swannie.

Marsch tone regarding transfers definitely changed after he had that meeting with Radz.

Needs to change back now.

Would be negligence to go into a season with our striking options
