I don't see chaos at all either. In fact, the team has been very organized. Especially against Chelsea. I think it just goes to show you that some of our former player pundits know jack shite about modern football. And non-player pundits know even less....Jaydog wrote: ↑Fri Aug 26, 2022 8:50 pm It’s interesting, to me at least, that we’re still viewed as a playing a chaotic style of football as per Bielsa (in the opinion of the media). When it works it can be spectacular but when it doesn’t we get a battering. Was the Chelsea game chaotic? I’m not sure I agree. I didn’t see chaos at all.

The only thing chaotic I saw was Chelsea’s response to our pressing.

Brighton statistically is not a happy hunting ground for us but, as I’ve said on another thread, it’s high time that changed.
Come on Leeds!

Welbeck is the player that worries me the most. He looks fitter this season than he has done for a few years. He is a top player in every sense. His movement will cause us issues. Stern test for the back line today.
Like many other others have remarked, I would be very satisfied to come away with a point.

A poor decision in my opinion was made on Wednesday when Marsch selected Cooper and Llorente. Fine bringing Cooper back in but it mean Llorente moving to the right side of defence which meant upsetting the familiarity he was getting playing on the left. I don't see why JM didn't play Cooper and Koch so that Koch would be playing in his usual position. Llorente could have then been brought on at some point to replace Cooper and play left.
It may sound like a minor thing but it is a huge difference for a defender to go from playing right of centre to left of centre.

Hi, first time posting, been lurking a while...
Just chiming in to wish the team luck. BHA is a lot stronger than our general public here in the States realizes. And letdown, going on the road after such an emotional win last week, is going to be really hard to fight.
With a win today we can really start to say with confidence that something special is happening. A draw would be a fine result. A loss, assuming playing well, is disappointing but not particularly worrying.
As much as I ****ing hate Manure, their win today both shows that BHA's opening win means something, and starts moving Soton back toward a tough position.

As others have said, a point today would be a good one. BHA a good side, and I really rate Potter as a manager. Would be nice to break the Amex jinx, of course, but i'll not be disappointed if we come away still unbeaten.

Harrison and Aaronson lining up together. After hanging out on the bench after being subbed last week, I'm starting to think there's a bromance going on.
