Re: Leeds Utd v Fulham Match Thread
Right well i'll be keenly watching today (in between lubricating my vocal chords) Jesses manic hounding of the oppo's, but mainly what we do when the hound has succeeded.
You see i could get a team of under 16's together and be up against Messi, now i tell 5 of them to watch him like a hawk and as soon as the ball approaches him or if he indeed has it - to snap like fck at his ankles and the ball, all 5 of em, now let's say they get the ball (they should do, even 5 under16's from every angle)......what are these under 16's gonna do with it ?
Now that's about where we're at atm.

Re: Leeds Utd v Fulham Match Thread
Having watched portions of the Fulham v Villa match the other day I thought Fulham were impressive, the better team by far and deserved there easy win. So I’m under no illusions that we will have another tough game on our hands. I’m not going to predict the result but just hope against hope for the best.
Come on Leeds ffs!

Would have been some irony there Dave.Carrick Dave wrote: ↑Sun Oct 23, 2022 9:52 am Pissing down in Leeds too. They threatened to divert the Belfast plane to Manchester due to fog but got us down after some circling.

The players need to stand up and be counted today. They need to defend like their lives depend on it and cut out the stupid mistakes. Oh, and put the ball in back of the f**king net! Please don't ruin another weekend for me boys.

Think we will win today.
This has Millwall at home vibes.
3-2 to us.

Re: Leeds Utd v Fulham Match Thread
Looking at the other games around us I think Villa will get a hard fought draw & Wolves will beat Leicester who are as bad as us away. That means a point would keep us out of the bottom 3. That will be significant for Marsch I’d say. He’ll get a bit longer.

Think I’ll change my score. Ayling in for RK.
Greenwood? No Gnonto on the bench.
Rasmus should be at RB

Fookin hell, SIX changes!
No Adams in the squad so must be injured.
Bamford back on the bench, Rodrigo starts.
Struijk returns at LB

I think it's ok, but i've no idea about Greenwood.
Jesse must trust him it's a bold move, i like it.
Nothing in it between Luke and Rasmus who must've have a knock.
Firpo's out that's a complete blessing unless PS gets injured, then we're fcked.
Same team as Arsenal really but for Adams who's obviously got a knock.

No Tyler Adams? Is he hurt? I hadn’t heard anything.
If Marsch is trying to shake things up, he could hardly have done more than this.
It had better work, for his sake.
