Oh shut up. We got a point away to a top 3 team. A team that's got 100x the wealth that we do. Rough to watch, But we march on together. Happy for the point.

The only stats that matter are goals and clean sheets. The other metrics are a guide but you don’t win anything by creating and not scoring.

Bongo - if we had played Bielsa tactics today we would have lost. We might have had a better XG but right now for us it is about points. We are a team in transition - hopefully for the better. But there are no guarantees.

Definitely take a point today. We were outclassed by a team that's spent much more heavily than we have. It was always going to be the case. Very happy to have got the point.

We were lucky that Newcastle fluffed some chances - especially Longstaff. But we held strong. Meslier was fantastic again. Defensive midfield did its job. Forshaw did well first half. Our attack didn't do much. But I think Newcastle are strong in defence. Their defence is better than their attack.

Thought we managed the game well at the end.

As a Toon, that's a great point for Leeds. I don't like the hype associated with us being in the top four, Champions League positions etc. Much prefer the low profile, play down expectations. We are a fairly good side and I expect us to finish 7th or 8th. Also expect Leeds to survive comfortably.

Football can be great, but sometimes like today, it's desperate.. Our lack of quality in front of goal was cringe worthy. You need some luck and it deserted us today. Just an awful game between 2 bang average sides.

And Bielsa lost to Eddie Howe as well.

Yeah is that why he thumped us 5-2 and got a draw 1-1 at St James Park, he delivered a 9th place finish and you have replaced him with a relegation battler.

We've played 2 of the top 3 and yet gained a point on the relegation zone. Important though we don't let the cockneys knick all 3 points.

That was 2 years ago! Last year we were battling relegation too.

It's the board's fault we're battling relegation anyway, not Marsch's.

I think you'll still make the top 4, whereas we'll be buzzing to finish 17th

Exactly, that's football. You take what you get. No one is going to be outstanding every week. Even Citeh regularly get lucky in games.

Unbelievable some think this is better than what Marcelo did.

Good point for yous ,but I genuinely think if you attacked more and kept possession, you could of beat us, marsch seems to not care about possession.
We are incapable of keeping possession when being harassed quickly. More than 3 passes in possession is an achievement. It's just one of the reasons why we have to soak up so much pressure and rely on the opposition fluffing chance after chance. You had the chances to make it a cricket score but meslier and a bit of luck combined with you lot being wasteful is the reason why we came away with a point.

CJAY you seem to want to find fault regardless of the outcome. If we won 3-0 you would probably say Newcastle had an off day and we were lucky. You can be insightful now and again but belatedly you just seem desperate to pursue constant criticism and negativity.

Give Marsch and the team some credit FFS - that was a big point.
A massive point
