That said they like a midfield 5 so we need bodies in there.

I like it, but I’d swap Summerville for Aaronson and Rutter for Rodrigo. And then work Rodrigo in around the 60-65th minute. Aaronson can be the super sub for Gnonto or Summerville…whichever one looks gassed.
Either way, there is the intriguing possibility of the formation shifting real-time from a 4-3-3 to a 4-4-2 (or 4-2-2-2: McKennie to RM with Summerville (or Aaronson) switching to LM and Gnonto shifting centrally to being a support striker.
Will be interesting to see what lineup Gracia decides..

Simple gameplay...as soon as the ball breaks all four Bournemouth front players are sprinting forward ready for the through ball. They have the pace to worry most defenders but as you say they lack the nous to make the most of their chances. Their defence has let them down . How many times Bournemouth have been a couple of goals infront and lost ...even at ER of all places.
