Re: Fulham v Leeds Utd Match Thread

Surely it’s best to reunite Wober and Koch in the centre?

Kristensen and Roca really worry me. They were the biggest offenders in jogging around after players like they didn’t give a s**t against Liverpool, or even worse, simply incapable of seeing where they should be and getting there faster than your average U10 player.

Why bother have Gnonto on the bench? We need to push up on them with serious intent from the start and not literally have that pushover Aaronson leaving a gaping hole on our weak centre. Gnonto would worry them and slow their press on their right. Firpo played better with Gnonto in front of him. Sinisterra, for all his threat, never defended properly and left Firpo exposed constantly.

If going defensive ain't working go ultra defensive

If that's 3 CB's 2 DMFs and 2 wing backs that's an 8 man defence with Summerville left wing, Aaronson right wing and Rodrigo up front isolated.. Or he's using Marsch's bloody awful narrow wingers

Hope for a win though ...as always.

I’ve got a good feeling about this game. Don’t know why or if the source has any subconscious reason, but I do.

No other option in his position apparently!!! Surely Gnonto is a better fit @ #10? He is in my mind...

Overman wrote: Sat Apr 22, 2023 7:50 am We are a side low on confidence and look mentality fragile. It's quite worrying as it's hard to see where the fight is coming from. There's a lot of expectation placed on Wober at the moment. I am not sure how much of a difference one player is going to make, when collectively we are not functioning as a unit. Either way, to a man, they need to step up today and fight for the club.
Yeah, at the very least be in the game until 90th minute...no capitulation. As long as they fight and play as a team not much one can complain about whatever the outcome is.

Nerves just kicked in! We can’t keep a cleansheat when going ahead and have started capitulating when we concede so can’t see how we win here, maybe just go for a 0-0

I'm a better fit.

Aaronson is becoming Harrison mark 2.

Is Gyabi injured?
Or Javi just doesn't fancy him?
Surely a better option than Forshaw, or even the starting pair?
