What I’d like now is a progressive up and coming manager who can work with our emerging crop of young talent blended with the few experienced players we choose / have to keep.

What we need is an experienced manager who can steady the ship. Last thing we need is taking risks and potentially dropping further.

Leeds being relegated, will mean that Everton will stay up; they'll have another year of struggling and they will probably go down next year, as they can't afford to spend any money, whereas by going into the Championship, we will be at our 'realistic' level.

We need to start again, hopefully with a younger, hungrier squad of players . . . . . . . who are better than the dross we currently have. We need a clear-out and to start again; we've had too many 'journeymen' players, who simply aren't good enough.

I can't understand why the likes of Cresswell, Hjelde, Drameh, Joseph, Gyabi etc haven't been given opportunities.

I don't feel overly disappointed, because taking everything into account, we simply aren't good enough for the Premiership.

Its going to be tough finding someone to do what Biesa did on a shoestring budget. We will have to see what the 49ers have in store. If the Sampdoria rumours are true then it looks like AR is about to cut his losses and head for the hills. The 49ers couldn't be taking on the club at a worst time in footballing terms. Can we unearth a Kompany??

Owner argues with everyone on Twitter, DOF did the same but in the ground, Recruitment is dreadful, players low quality despite the relatively big spend, match day experience is s**t, ticketing platform is s**t, service in the ground is s**t, beer is s**t, food is s**t.

As I say, complete rebuild from top to bottom.

I resigned myself to relegation months ago.

Now looking forward to the championship, as long as the problems within our club are rectified & a structure is implemented during the summer months.
