Keep going down Sid,

Then let me know how much he was 'interested' in paying for him, if you can.

There's a good chap.
I've struggled to find the video clip Marcelo mentioned him, but it's out there somewhere which stirred up the speculation of our interest for Brenden.

As for payment, Radz & Orta often lived in dreamland.

Some will never accept it because that would mean Bielsa was at fault and that can't be allowed.

But Phil Hay has said in multiple articles Bielsa was keen on Aaronson hence why we tried to buy him in January before he left.

They aren't hard to find.

‘Aaronson is often cast as a Marsch recruit, but the deal for the USMNT international was actually first approved by Bielsa in January 2022, only for his club Red Bull Salzburg to prefer a summer transfer, which is why the deal was announced so quickly at the end of last season.’

Will be dismissed as clickbait or can't believe everything you read online even though that is literally from Phil Hay whose no clickbait hack

Hopefully yes.

However the main thing is he's already our player and it would be remiss of us not to try and make this work.

Clearly we wouldn't we sign him now and nor would we be able to but there's a very good chance he's a level above the Championship.

Thats it really we haven't much choice and neither does he.

Is a chance absolutely.

He isn't without talent, carries the ball well which is useful (just a shame fook all tends to happen at the end).

In his defence, when he was here he was apparently ultra professional, McKennie and Adams were idiots.

But apparently Aaronson wasn't so I'm sure he will do everything he can.

Farke likes his wide players nice and narrow so maybe that will suit Aaronson? Just unsure how he will cope with our slow ploddy buildup and being double marked and kicked all over the place?

Farke's style is basically anti Red Bull in terms of speed and intensity, it may not suit Aaronson at all.

as if there's 5 pages on this...forgive him for what?! He joined us in the prem and obviously has aspirations as a player to play at the top level. Professional careers are short, he had a great opportunity at Union Berlin and went for it, probably suited us too to get his wages off the books for a season.

I don't know, do people think he joined us for his love of Leeds?!

What ? Huh ?

Patronising in what way, jeez you only have to look above to see any digs at me (that i couldn't care feckin less abart)

Why feel the need to jump to someones defence, jeez it's like just 2 people run this shop and can and do say what they like ?

Jeez i get told to tone down everything, if i feel they are wrong and clickbait, i will say so.

Can we please stop with the protection of some you think provide the most info for the site, or do they have free passes and can do as they like ?

What happened to Sara btw ?

To be fair Kenny, I agree with the fact Bielsa probably liked what he saw in terms of Aaronson. He has a great engine and is a better player than many give him credit for. He would have fit into Bielsa’s methods and tactics - certainly an upgrade on Tyler Roberts.

Bielsa would have improved him as a player - what we have seen / witnessed so far is Aaronson playing in a chaotic season. The loan move to Germany did not work out for him - s**t happens. I would not be surprised in the slightest if he has a good season in the Championship. He wants the ball does not hide and will drive forward in possession, that for me is a good start as he has self belief.

He could very well be a Bert player, we never got the chance to find out.

As for being 'obsessed' with him.

I'm quite obsessed with my doubts about that.

Exactly, we've (DF) gotta try and make the most of a 'bad do'

Imo, DF is going into his first main season with his eyes now fully open on affairs, he picked up the pieces well, and was damn well unlucky with the slow start and the wheel/wheels coming off towards the end, damn unlucky.

He was on a wing and a prayer for the most part.

If he can use any of the tripe he inherited, then good on him, let him crack on, the more the merrier.

Don't have a problem with you disagreeing with people, that's what forums are about. But sometimes you might want to think about how you express that to people because you can come accross as a little bit patronising. I'm not jumping to Leon's defence either, he can handle himself, it's a general observation. Seven people have you on their block list, there is probably a reason for that.

As for Sara, ask Sara.

Hopefully, a year in the championship will give BA some monetary value on him, as right now his value is very low!
